IIB employs nearly 50 professionals in the areas of English teaching, vocational assistance, job placement, social work, immigration and naturalization legal services, refugee resettlement, and microenterprise.

Many of our staff are foreign-born, and many were themselves refugees; all told, our staff speaks more than twenty non-English languages.

Additionally, we work with hundreds of interns and volunteers from throughout the Boston area, including from most of the local universities. These volunteers make a vital contribution to our ability to serve our clients.
